temperatures & rainfall

one of our main concerns during our planning was the temperature and rainfall for the countries we will be travelling through, since there is big shift in the weather pattern as we transverse down the continent. the timing of the trip was also dependent on the following factors : the great migration of serengeti, white river rafting on the zambezi, diving conditions in zanzibar and the of course there was the school holidays to consider. as you can see from the chart, we will be leaving a hot and sweltering alkhobar and arriving in a cold and wintry conditions of cape town.
